1. Subscription & Billing
Volcity offers a free trial period. After your free trial ends, your account will be charged $14.99/month unless you cancel before the trial period expires. Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You can cancel at any time from your account settings.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Volcity for any illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, selling prohibited goods or services, or any activity that violates applicable local, state, or federal laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in illegal activity without notice.
3. Your Content
You are solely responsible for all content you publish on your store through Volcity, including product descriptions, images, and pricing. You represent that you have all necessary rights to publish such content and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.
4. Account Termination
Volcity reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms of Service. Decisions regarding termination are made at our sole discretion. You may also delete your account at any time from your account settings.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Volcity is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Limitation of Liability
Volcity is not liable for any lost revenue, lost profits, or business outcomes arising from your use of the platform. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amounts you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
